📋 Description

  • As a Marketing Operations Manager at Chartbeat Inc., you will drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across a multi-brand marketing organization by owning and optimizing the marketing technology stack, with a strong focus on HubSpot.
  • Day to day, you will oversee and optimize HubSpot instances, troubleshoot issues, refine processes, build automated workflows for lead scoring and segmentation, conduct system audits, manage data integrity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, serve as a subject matter expert on marketing technology, manage Monday.com automations, and report on key marketing performance metrics.
  • Chartbeat Inc. is the parent company of Chartbeat, Tubular Labs, FatTail, and Lineup Systems, shaping the future of media strategy and revenue by combining analytics for smarter audience strategies with revenue solutions that simplify ad operations and accelerate monetization for top media brands.
  • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in marketing automation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership while contributing to scalable systems that support company-wide growth and marketing effectiveness.
