- • As a Marketing Operations Manager at Perk.com Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s demand generation and lifecycle marketing efforts through expert campaign execution and martech optimization, directly contributing to pipeline growth and revenue impact in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment.
- • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns in Marketo, ensuring seamless execution from design to reporting, while maintaining data integrity across systems and enabling sales-marketing alignment through sophisticated lead scoring and nurturing strategies.
- • The Marketing Operations team is a strategic, data-driven hub within Perk’s global marketing function, collaborating closely with demand generation, product marketing, and sales to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns that support the company’s mission to eliminate shadow work and power real work for over 10,000 global customers.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise martech stacks, gain hands-on experience influencing revenue-critical marketing initiatives, and develop leadership in marketing automation strategy — positioning you for advancement into senior marketing operations or growth marketing roles within a high-growth, innovative SaaS leader.
- • Own end-to-end campaign execution in Marketo, including programme setup, QA, deployment, and reporting, ensuring all campaigns are launched accurately, on schedule, and with full tracking for performance measurement.
- • Build and optimise automated nurture journeys that move leads through the funnel, accelerating conversion to SQLs and pipeline by leveraging behavioural triggers, dynamic content, and timely follow-ups tailored to audience segments.
- • Manage lead flow and data integrity between Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools in the martech stack, conducting regular audits and implementing fixes to prevent duplication, decay, or misalignment that could undermine campaign effectiveness.
- • Set up and manage webinar programmes, including integrations with platforms like Zoom or ON24, automation of invitations and reminders, and post-event follow-up sequences to maximise attendance, engagement, and lead conversion.
- • Implement and optimise A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalisation tactics to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance, using data to refine messaging and targeting over time.
- • Maintain and evolve lead scoring models to support sales alignment and marketing qualification, collaborating with sales to refine thresholds and ensure MQLs are consistently defined and handed off at the right stage.
- • Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns that align with product launches, seasonal initiatives, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders, including dashboards and executive summaries that highlight ROI, funnel velocity, and areas for optimisation.
- • Support martech evolution by helping evaluate new tools, integrations, and process improvements — such as Customer.io, data enrichment platforms, or attribution software — that scale impact and enhance the efficiency of the marketing technology ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing operations or campaign management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- • Advanced proficiency in Marketo, including campaign builds, automation logic, segmentation, and reporting.
- • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including campaign objects, data flows, and lead management.
- • Experience managing webinar or event automation (e.g. Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar).
- • Track record of building and refining nurture and lead scoring frameworks that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign data to inform decisions.
