- • As a Marketing Operations Manager at BioRender, you will own and evolve the systems, infrastructure, and processes that power marketing efforts, directly impacting pipeline generation, campaign performance, and the efficiency of the revenue engine.
- • You will manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (Marketo/HubSpot, Salesforce, integration tools), oversee email infrastructure, build and maintain tool integrations, design lead routing logic, support campaign setup and tracking, partner with web/engineering on tracking and lead capture, build scalable event lead processes, own marketing data hygiene and reporting, and drive process improvement through automation and AI.

- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in scaling marketing operations in a high-growth SaaS environment, master marketing automation and attribution systems, develop cross-functional leadership with Sales, RevOps, and Engineering, and build impactful reporting and automation solutions that directly contribute to revenue and pipeline growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
- • Deep expertise in Marketo or HubSpot, and strong working knowledge of Salesforce
- • Proven experience designing and managing lead routing and lifecycle workflows
- • Hands-on experience with marketing integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs)
- • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting
- • Experience supporting web tracking, SEO, and lead capture flows
