📋 Description

• As a Marketing Operations Manager at Horizon3.ai, you will be responsible for maintaining and scaling the systems, processes, and data foundation that power the company's go-to-market engine, sitting at the center of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to turn strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• You will own and optimize the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce), manage integrations and data accuracy, build scalable campaign execution frameworks, monitor marketing data quality, build dashboards for KPI tracking, and collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Sales, Finance, RevOps, and IT teams to align on goals and processes.
• Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company founded by former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and frustrated cybersecurity practitioners, dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find and fix exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them through its flagship NodeZeroTM platform.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in marketing technology optimization, data-driven decision-making, AI-powered automation, and cross-functional enablement, while contributing to scalable processes that improve team efficiency and drive measurable revenue outcomes in a high-growth cybersecurity environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with MAPs (Pardot or Marketo preferred) and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong background in data management, analytics, and performance reporting
• Experience supporting or operationalizing account-based marketing (ABM) programs, including account segmentation, targeting, orchestration, and performance measurement

🏖️ Benefits

• Base salary range $109,000 - $135,000 annually
• Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options
