- • As a Marketing Operations & Lifecycle Manager at Cylinder Health Inc., you will drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-informed, multi-channel marketing strategies, playing a critical role in shaping how and when members engage with the platform to improve their health outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will own the architecture, integration, and optimization of Iterable for email automation, design and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other digital channels, partner with Data and Product teams to ensure data integrity and audience accuracy, monitor channel performance and deliverability, and document workflows and best practices for campaign setup and reporting consistency.
