This is a unique opportunity to build and own the foundational marketing operations infrastructure that will power our continued go-to-market success.
  • • In this critical individual contributor role, reporting directly to the VP, GTM Strategy and Operations, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining the systems, processes, and measurement frameworks that drive our marketing and sales engine. You will be the go-to expert for our marketing technology stack, campaign execution, lead management, and performance analytics, ensuring seamless integration and optimal efficiency across our go-to-market motion. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently and predictably, turning data into actionable insights and driving tangible business outcomes.
  • • You will own the end-to-end marketing technology stack, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and alignment with our aggressive growth objectives. This includes evaluating, selecting, and optimizing MarTech tools to enhance acquisition, conversion rates, and overall pipeline generation. Your expertise will be crucial in defining and implementing best practices for campaign setup, tracking, attribution, and performance measurement, establishing clear definitions for core marketing KPIs and developing robust dashboards and reporting for leadership.
  • • A key responsibility will be to define, document, and continuously refine processes for managing leads across all channels – inbound, outbound, partner, and event-driven. You will proactively monitor funnel performance, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or opportunities to improve lead flow from initial touchpoint to revenue realization. This requires a deep understanding of the customer journey and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • • You will champion a culture of experimentation and optimization by designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across various marketing initiatives, including campaigns, landing pages, and messaging. Translating test results into clear, actionable recommendations and scalable improvements will be essential. Your efforts will help build a disciplined, data-driven approach to marketing that is grounded in measurable impact.
  • • This role also involves supporting marketing leadership with strategic planning and budgeting, providing critical visibility into marketing performance and ROI relative to spend. You will be responsible for enabling the marketing team through comprehensive training, clear documentation, and ongoing best practices, ensuring clarity and repeatability as the team scales.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Finance, and RevOps teams to align priorities, drive execution, and ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy. Your ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and translate technical concepts into business value will be key to your success.
  • • This is a hands-on role for an individual who thrives on building robust systems, enjoys tackling complex operational challenges, and is passionate about leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related role, with a proven track record of improving systems, processes, and performance.
  • • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot, including workflow automation, reporting, and data hygiene.
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for go-to-market teams.
  • • Familiarity with attribution models and multi-touch measurement, and an understanding of what it takes to build reliable performance reporting.
