- • As Marketing Operations Manager at Lakera AG, you will serve as the operational backbone of the demand generation engine for AI Security solutions, ensuring seamless integration between marketing systems, data flows, and campaign execution to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact in a high-growth cybersecurity startup backed by Check Point.
- • You will own and optimize the marketing technology stack — including Marketo/HubSpot, Salesforce, enrichment tools, and webinar platforms — to ensure clean, reliable data flow, accurate lead routing, and scalable automation across all demand generation initiatives.
- • Your role will bridge marketing, SDR/sales, and RevOps/data teams by standardizing campaign workflows, improving lead handoff processes, and building attribution models that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
- • You will continuously improve funnel performance by monitoring conversion rates, speed to lead, and acceptance rates, while identifying and eliminating manual friction points through automation and AI-driven efficiency gains.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI security marketing, gain deep exposure to enterprise B2B SaaS GTM operations at the intersection of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, and have the opportunity to shape scalable systems that support Lakera’s mission to secure the AI-powered world.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS environment
- • Hands-on expertise with Marketo and/or HubSpot, Salesforce, campaign workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead routing logic
- • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, pipeline attribution, and experience supporting demand generation programs including paid media, events, webinars, and ABM
- • Familiarity with data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit) and data hygiene best practices
- • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
