- • Ping Identity is seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Program Manager to join their innovative Marketing Operations team. This pivotal role is designed to be the operational backbone of the company's marketing strategy, ensuring seamless integration of data, systems, and processes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enabling efficient marketing execution and fostering informed decision-making, ultimately driving the company's growth and market position. This role is crucial for operationalizing key strategic frameworks such as the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQA), and will lead critical cross-functional initiatives to scale the processes that power a high-performing, account-centric marketing organization. By connecting disparate elements of the marketing ecosystem, this position ensures that marketing efforts are not only effective but also strategically aligned with business objectives, contributing directly to the company's mission of making digital experiences secure and seamless.
- • In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive operationalization of Ping's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across all relevant systems, ensuring consistent segmentation, precise territory design, and a robust target account strategy. You will define, implement, and scale the Marketing Qualified Account (MQA) framework, working collaboratively with the Analytics, RevOps, and IS teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness. A key aspect of your work will involve supporting the strategic evolution from a traditional lead-based marketing approach to a more sophisticated account- and buying group–centric model, leveraging platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense to achieve this transformation. You will also take the lead in the end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives. These initiatives may include, but are not limited to, ICP refinement, MQA rollout, improvements to the lead-to-Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) process, data governance enhancements, and Go-To-Market (GTM) pilots. Furthermore, you will act as an internal consultant to the Marketing department, proactively taking on ambiguous, high-priority projects and driving them through to successful completion, demonstrating strong problem-solving and project management skills. Your responsibilities will extend to designing and optimizing end-to-end marketing processes, from intake and build phases through quality assurance, launch, and comprehensive reporting, utilizing tools like Asana and Helpdesk to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
