- • As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Kpler S.A.S., you will be the central nervous system for our global marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence across all facets of our marketing endeavors. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail, acting as the essential "glue" that binds our marketing efforts together.
- • You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing requests, from their inception through to their successful completion. This involves proactively managing the initiation of legal and technology reviews, ensuring that all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to compliance standards and leverage the appropriate technological infrastructure.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will be the meticulous management of vendor relationships and setups. You will be the primary point of contact for onboarding new vendors, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, and that our procurement processes are efficient and compliant.
- • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of global payments for all marketing-related expenditures. This requires close coordination with the Finance department to maintain budget integrity and operational continuity.
- • Your role will be that of a central coordinator, fostering strong working relationships and facilitating clear communication between the Marketing department and other key internal stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, and Technology teams.
