  • • As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Change.org, you will be instrumental in empowering our global MarComms team, comprising 40 professionals across 13 diverse markets, to operate with unparalleled efficiency and confidence. Your role is pivotal in fortifying our operational backbone, ensuring our marketing and communications efforts are not only seamless but also strategically aligned with our mission to drive social change. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff to the CMO, collaborating closely to enhance our operational capabilities.

  • • Your core responsibilities will revolve around several key pillars designed to streamline and elevate our MarComms operations. Firstly, you will ensure our **Tooling Ecosystem is Structured and Reliable**. This involves meticulously managing and documenting our suite of operational tools, which support critical functions such as media relations, traditional and social media monitoring, social posting and management, and project management via Asana. You will be responsible for developing robust onboarding materials, providing clear guidance, and establishing a feedback loop to ensure these tools remain effective, up-to-date, and perfectly aligned with the evolving needs of the team.
  • • Secondly, you will drive the successful **Implementation and Adoption of Automated Reporting**. This transition requires strong coordination, detailed documentation, precise workflow mapping, and expert project management. Your efforts will ensure that MarComms teams are not only equipped with automated tracking and reporting systems but are also confident and proficient in navigating and utilizing the resulting dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
  • • Thirdly, you will focus on **Strengthening Core Operational Systems**. This entails organizing and ensuring the dependability of foundational MarComms systems. Key areas include maintaining comprehensive onboarding materials, managing playbook updates and version control, overseeing centralized calendar management, and upholding rigorous documentation hygiene. These systems are the bedrock of our team's efficiency and consistency.
  • • Finally, you will ensure that **Cross-Functional Projects Move Forward Effectively**. You will provide essential project management support, ensuring that cross-functional initiatives have clear timelines, well-defined stakeholder involvement, and consistent progress tracking. Your ability to facilitate alignment and clear communication will be vital in driving these complex projects to successful completion.
  • • To excel in this role, you will leverage your **Tooling & Systems Management** capabilities to manage and enhance our portfolio of operational tools. This includes ensuring strong configuration, comprehensive documentation, and creating clarity on how these tools directly support team workflows and reporting needs. Your **Project Management Excellence** will be demonstrated through your highly organized and detail-oriented approach to coordinating timelines, stakeholders, documentation, and follow-through across various initiatives.
