- • As a Marketing Operations Specialist focused on Web and Landing Pages at Devoted Health, you will play a critical role in driving member acquisition by ensuring that every digital touchpoint—from ad click to CRM conversion—is technically sound, compliant, and optimized for performance. This role sits at the vital intersection of marketing, technology, and analytics, where precision in execution directly impacts growth in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
- • You will own the full lifecycle of marketing landing pages and key website experiences, including build, QA, tracking implementation, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization. Your work ensures that campaigns are properly attributed, user journeys are seamless, and marketing assets are dynamically customized across 100+ markets while meeting strict CMS compliance standards.
- • You will collaborate closely with copy, design, engineering, data, and compliance teams to translate creative concepts into high-performing, technically flawless pages. By leveraging AI tools and structured experimentation, you’ll accelerate testing velocity and uncover insights that improve conversion rates and customer experience.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or growth marketing with hands-on ownership of landing page development, maintenance, and performance tracking.
- • Proven experience designing and executing A/B testing programs, including hypothesis formation, test setup, metric definition, and data-driven optimization using analytics platforms.
- • Technical proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting UTM parameters, tracking pixels (e.g., Meta, Google), tag managers (e.g., Google Tag Manager), and CRM integrations to ensure accurate attribution and lead flow.
- • Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Google Sheets and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4), capable of translating performance data into clear business recommendations.
- • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in high-volume, multi-market environments where small errors (e.g., misconfigured parameters) can significantly impact campaign attribution and compliance.
- • Ability to operate effectively in a regulated industry, understanding the need for compliance reviews and working cross-functionally with legal and compliance teams to ensure marketing materials meet CMS standards.
