  • • Marketing Operator at Scale Army supporting a U.S.-based B2B SaaS client in mobile testing solutions, responsible for driving qualified pipeline through hands-on execution across campaigns, content, and conversion initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • • This fully remote role requires availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST) and is open to candidates in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe who can consistently ship marketing work and collaborate directly with leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • • Design, build, and execute demand generation campaigns that generate demo requests and qualified meetings, including launching landing pages and supporting assets with contractor assistance when needed.
  • • Run end-to-end webinars—from topic development and promotion to follow-up—and partner closely with Sales to improve lead-to-meeting conversion rates.
  • • Maintain and optimize website messaging and conversion rates through A/B testing, iterative updates to calls to action, proof points, and positioning to enhance user engagement and lead capture.
  • • Execute SEO-driven content updates, publish new pages, refresh high-performing content, and strengthen internal linking and on-page optimization to improve search performance and attract conversion-focused traffic.
  • • Generate video content ideas, write scripts, coordinate with internal teams for production, and publish videos to YouTube and website pages with appropriate HubSpot tracking links.
  • • Build cross-platform reports to measure campaign and content effectiveness, deliver weekly performance summaries, and adjust priorities based on metrics and attribution insights.
  • • Maintain consistent weekly output across new content, content updates, campaigns, website changes, and video publishing while reviewing contractor-produced work and contributing directly to content creation.
  • • Collaborate directly with executive leadership in a high-visibility, execution-first environment where marketing efforts have immediate impact on pipeline and business growth.
  • • Strengthen alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Product teams by owning pipeline-driving initiatives and scaling marketing execution in a scaling SaaS organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record of consistently shipping marketing work on a weekly basis.
  • • Hands-on experience with SEO execution, website management, and using HubSpot or similar CRM and attribution tools.
  • • Direct experience marketing to technical buyers such as engineering, QA, or DevOps audiences and contributing to pipeline generation through marketing execution.
  • • Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to produce measurable marketing assets and execute independently in a low-structure environment.
  • • Comfortable prioritizing execution speed, adapting quickly based on results, and reviewing external content while maintaining personal production output.
