📋 Description

• As a Marketing Ops & Analytics Manager at Flagright, you will build and own the operating system that powers marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decisions directly impact pipeline and revenue in a high-growth AI compliance startup serving Fortune 500 clients.
• You will design and enforce standardized frameworks for campaign taxonomy, lead routing, funnel tracking, and attribution, transforming ambiguous marketing activities into measurable, accountable outcomes aligned with sales and finance.
• Your work will enable Marketing and Sales to operate with clarity by building executive dashboards, auditing data quality, and developing models that reflect real enterprise buying behavior—not vanity metrics.
• You will partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Finance, and Marketing leads to inform planning, forecasting, and budgeting, ensuring marketing investments are tied to tangible business outcomes.
• You will instrument experiments and guide stakeholders toward rigorous analytics, preventing reliance on anecdotal insights and upholding a culture of precision and continuous improvement.
• You will thrive in a lean, high-performance environment where ownership is expected, ambiguity is embraced, and direct access to leadership allows rapid impact—ideal for builders who prefer defining systems over maintaining them.
• You will join a mission-driven team of ex-Y Combinator, AWS, and Palantir professionals building real-world differentiation in financial crime compliance, where equity is granted from day one and bureaucratic overhead is minimal.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, including CRM, marketing automation, attribution modeling, lead routing, taxonomy design, and funnel governance.
• Deep expertise in account- and opportunity-level measurement, with the ability to move beyond lead-centric reporting to track true pipeline influence and revenue impact.
• Strong analytical and process-design skills, with the ability to simplify complex systems into clear, scalable workflows that teams can adopt and maintain.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, with a track record of defining and building measurement and operational frameworks from scratch.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commercial judgment, knowing where to apply rigor and where to prioritize speed without sacrificing data integrity.
• Based in or near London with legal right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
