📋 Description

• • As a Marketing Platform Engineer (Data & AI) at Bloomreach Inc., you will serve as the architect and steward of the intelligent data backbone powering the company’s GTM AI ecosystem, ensuring that AI agents receive clean, versioned, real-time context to drive personalized customer experiences at scale. This role is critical to Bloomreach’s mission of revolutionizing how businesses connect with customers through autonomous search, conversational shopping, and autonomous marketing, all powered by the Loomi AI engine.
• • You will own Salesforce data integrity by eliminating duplicates, enriching accounts and contacts with AI-driven insights, standardizing fields, and validating data freshness to establish a single source of truth for all GTM agents.
• • You will engineer and ship versioned, documented API endpoints that serve as the context retrieval backbone for 50–200 GTM agents, delivering contacts, accounts, engagement history, intent signals, and enrichment data with consistent response contracts, sub-second latency, and intelligent filtering/boosting/time-decay logic.
• • You will continuously optimize retrieval performance by tuning query logic, filters, boosts, and ranking algorithms to ensure agents receive signal, not noise — maximizing relevance while minimizing cost and latency.
• • You will scale the ‘GTM Brain’ by integrating new data sources such as product usage, web signals, third-party enrichment, and intent platforms without requiring agents to rebuild their logic, ensuring stability as context grows richer.
• • You will build and operate background jobs that refresh context on schedule, detect and fix failed re-embeddings, backfill deltas, and maintain data pipelines that feed agents with up-to-date intelligence without disruption or drift.
• • You will enable agent developers and operators by creating starter queries, templated context patterns, and documentation, coordinating with AI Ops and enablement teams to make context accessible to non-engineers.
• • You will collaborate on vendor strategy by evaluating, integrating, and owning relationships with key vendors like N8N, Clay, and Rattle, ensuring their data flows cleanly into the context architecture and meets latency and freshness requirements.
• • You will participate in building the GTM data stack of the future by working with RevOps and AI Ops to integrate Salesforce, enrichment platforms, N8N, Supabase/Postgres, LLM tools, and analytics into a scalable, maintainable system capable of supporting 200+ agents without technical debt.
