  • • Respond promptly to inbound SMS inquiries from prospective patients, ensuring professional and empathetic communication in a timely manner.
  • • Conduct consultative conversations by asking open-ended questions about health goals, past treatments, and personal concerns to understand individual needs.
  • • Schedule phone consultations using Calendly or similar scheduling tools when leads request more in-depth discussions.
  • • Accurately document patient intake details, preferences, and communication history in CRM and scheduling platforms, with training provided on Go High Level and DrChrono.
  • • Build trust and rapport with prospective clients by demonstrating genuine curiosity, active listening, and emotional support—avoiding scripted or transactional interactions.
  • • Perform personalized follow-ups via SMS or phone to nudge leads toward scheduling appointments when additional information is needed.
  • • Maintain strict adherence to privacy guidelines and data confidentiality standards during all patient interactions.
  • • Remain available on an on-call basis throughout the day to respond rapidly to new inquiries, with no guaranteed volume but expectation of immediate response when leads arrive.
  • • Work flexible hours aligned with East Coast time zones (16:00 to 24:00 GMT), accommodating sporadic but urgent lead activity.
  • • Utilize Excel for basic data entry and setup tasks if required, ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping.
  • • Engage with health and wellness topics including telehealth, chiropractic care, physical therapy, and concierge medicine with enthusiasm and contextual understanding.
  • • Operate independently in a remote, part-time capacity with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of responsiveness and client care.
  • • Collaborate with a supportive team that prioritizes empathy, curiosity, and meaningful client outcomes over volume-driven metrics.

  • • Reliable availability to respond rapidly to inbound leads throughout the day, particularly during East Coast hours (16:00–24:00 GMT)

  • • Familiarity with basic Excel setups for data entry and record maintenance
