- • Own and scale user acquisition strategy across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) with full ownership of campaign performance and growth for 100% IAA mobile gaming titles.
- • Lead end-to-end campaign execution for both Android and iOS platforms, including setup, scaling, optimization, and budget allocation.
- • Continuously optimize campaign performance through structured A/B testing of creatives, bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and funnels to identify scalable growth levers.
- • Design and execute meaningful experiments to measure incrementality, conversion efficiency, and user retention, translating insights into actionable campaign adjustments.
- • Collaborate closely with creative, product, ASO, and data teams to align on testing roadmaps, performance goals, and cross-functional optimization initiatives.
- • Proactively identify manual processes in campaign management, reporting, and creative testing, and drive automation to improve speed, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- • Maintain deep expertise in mobile attribution ecosystems including MMPs, SKAN (SKAdNetwork), Aggregated Event Measurement (AEM), and post-IDFA tracking methodologies.
- • Analyze performance data independently using BI tools such as Tableau or equivalent to extract insights, monitor KPIs, and inform strategic decisions.
- • Contribute to the broader UA team strategy by sharing learnings, raising execution standards, and mentoring peers on best practices in performance marketing.
- • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to accelerate campaign setup, creative iteration, reporting automation, and data analysis workflows.
- • Utilize AI-assisted development environments like Cursor or Claude Code to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance decision-making speed in campaign optimization.
- • Maintain a highly analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach to all aspects of user acquisition, ensuring precision in budget allocation and performance tracking.
- • Operate with strong ownership and independence, driving results without constant oversight while maintaining alignment with company-wide growth objectives.
- • Demonstrate curiosity and proactivity by constantly testing new tactics, staying updated on platform changes, and seeking opportunities to improve campaign efficiency.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively across cross-functional teams to align stakeholders on campaign goals, test results, and strategic priorities.
- • Manage large advertising budgets with a focus on profitability, ROI, and sustainable scaling across high-volume mobile gaming markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5+ years of UA / performance marketing experience in mobile gaming
- • Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) — must-have
- • Strong experience running campaigns for both Android and iOS apps
- • Solid understanding of Advanced iOS Measurement (AEM) and SKAN-based setups
- • Proven track record of managing large budgets and scaling profitable campaigns
- • Strong understanding of the mobile attribution ecosystem (MMPs, SKAN, conversion tracking, incrementality, etc.)
