📋 Description

• As the Marketing Program Manager at Agent Inc., you serve as the operational spine and second-in-command to the EVP, owning end-to-end delivery across two distinct brands — an SEC-regulated real-estate investment fund and a family-focused coaching and publishing brand — ensuring every initiative ships on time, on brand, and error-free.
• You will be the primary point of contact for both brand principals, managing weekly check-ins, capturing requests, and maintaining proactive communication to keep stakeholders informed and investors receiving concierge-level hospitality at every touchpoint.
• You will orchestrate cross-functional pods (copy, design, growth, dev), commission and oversee collateral, website edits, webinars, and events, while driving AI leverage to double production and owning CRM health, lead quality assessment, and reporting cadence including investor surveys, mastermind implementation, and quarterly SLT reports.
• You will act as the EVP’s second in command at key events, back up leadership, and ensure flawless execution through rigorous quality checks, proactive communication, and a self-sufficient, execution-obsessed mindset that thrives in ambiguity and drives outcomes without waiting to be told.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing program/account/project leadership with a track record of owning stakeholder relationships and shipping multi-discipline creative on deadline
• Owner's mindset: whatever-it-takes hours, multi-skilled, low-ego, loyal — drives outcomes without waiting to be told
• Real AI & systems builder: builds actual workflows (connectors, agents, process reinvention) that 2× own output, not just prompt-dabbling
• Self-sufficient operator: minimum 10 years' experience, knows what to do unprompted, learns any tool cold, and does the work themselves
• Execution obsession: tests full chain before shipping, finds ways through stalls, agency-level perfectionism, KPI-driven
• Proactive communicator: drives update cadence, never goes dark, uses discretion, open to occasional off-hours texts
• CRM fluency: understands statuses, dashboards, pipeline visibility, and comfort operating inside a regulated-marketing approval chain
• Valid passport and able to travel to the US up to 4× per year
• Reliable remote setup and strong written and spoken English

• USD $4,500 - $5,000/month compensation
• Full-Time, Remote role with flexible LATAM-based work (Mondays-Fridays, 9:00am-5:00pm CST)
