- • In this contract position, you will be the linchpin for campaign planning and execution, meticulously managing creative workflows and coordinating launches across a multitude of channels and global markets. You will partner closely with internal teams including Studio, Social, Growth, Design, Localization, and Product, as well as external agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to bring structure and clarity to fast-moving marketing programs without compromising the creative spirit that drives our innovation. This role is designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and excels at turning ambiguity into actionable plans.
- • You will be instrumental in breaking down large, overarching campaign goals into clear, manageable, and trackable plans. This involves defining critical milestones, assigning ownership, identifying potential risks, and mapping out dependencies across various workstreams and external vendors. Your ability to foresee challenges and proactively address them will be key to our success.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to establish and maintain the operational framework for our campaigns. This includes setting up and managing project management tools like Asana boards, developing comprehensive timelines, facilitating status update forums, documenting meeting notes, and maintaining decision logs. Ensuring the right stakeholders are involved at the right time, and that communication flows effectively, will be paramount.
- • You will drive the end-to-end execution of priority launches, acting as the central point of contact for all marketing deliverables. This involves coordinating efforts across brand marketing, social media, CRM, web development, performance marketing, public relations, and localization teams. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that all elements meet our high-quality standards and launch on schedule.
- • Maintaining impeccable project documentation and asset organization is crucial. You will be responsible for tracking feedback cycles, routing revisions promptly and accurately, and ensuring that all campaign assets are easily accessible and well-managed. This systematic approach will prevent delays and maintain campaign integrity.
- • Identifying and removing roadblocks before they impact progress will be a key function. You will manage change effectively through clear and concise communication, keeping all partners aligned and informed through crisp updates and efficient meeting facilitation. Your proactive problem-solving skills will be highly valued.
- • Collaborating with external agencies, production partners, and freelancers will be a significant part of your day-to-day. You will be responsible for clarifying scopes, defining deliverables, and establishing realistic timelines, ensuring smooth handoffs and productive working relationships.
- • You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing operations. By refining existing processes, developing new templates, and establishing effective rituals, you will help scale our marketing engine while preserving our creative edge. Your insights and suggestions for optimization will be actively encouraged.
- • This contract role is expected to average approximately 20-40 hours per week during engagement periods, with the flexibility to increase hours during critical campaign planning and launch phases. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management within a marketing or creative environment, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional work to completion.
- • Demonstrated mastery of project planning, including creating detailed timelines and managing campaigns of varying complexity and scale.
- • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable next steps.
- • Familiarity with marketing assets and creative production workflows across various channels such as video, social media, CRM, web, and paid media.
- • Proficiency with project task management tools (e.g., Asana) and a strong documentation-first mindset.
