📋 Description

• As a Marketing Project Manager at Brigit Inc., you will serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, CX, and Compliance teams, bringing structure and visibility to marketing operations to ensure ideas are transformed into executed plans efficiently and on time.
• You will own end-to-end marketing project workstreams—from intake and scoping through execution, trafficking, and final delivery—while managing timelines, dependencies, and risks using Jira and Asana to keep projects on track.

• In this role, you will develop and optimize workflows, document processes for transparency, drive continuous improvement, and gain deep experience in cross-functional leadership within a fast-growing fintech environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role in a compliance-heavy environment
• Advanced fluency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, and G Suite, including the ability to configure and optimize these tools
• Proven experience building operational processes from scratch rather than maintaining inherited workflows
• Strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders across organizational levels and delivering complex projects on time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a bias toward proactive documentation and expectation management
• High attention to detail, accountability, and adaptability in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
