- • Provide full-service recruitment support for the Marketing and Communications Division, managing end-to-end hiring processes for roles ranging from individual contributors to Director-level leadership positions.
- • Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to build a sustainable pipeline of qualified talent across multiple geographies and role types.
- • Partner with hiring managers as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on recruitment best practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring timeline management.
- • Draft, review, and post job descriptions using the HR recruitment system, ensuring alignment with divisional talent goals and employer branding standards.
- • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate statuses, scheduling interviews, conducting pre-screening and phone interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- • Source candidates through active outreach, research, networking with professional associations, and building relationships with potential talent pools.
- • Prepare and present candidate slates to hiring managers, incorporating data-driven insights and analysis to support informed hiring decisions.
- • Utilize spreadsheet software and database tools to construct reports, manipulate data, and analyze recruitment metrics to improve process efficiency.
- • Ensure compliance with confidential document handling and retention policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- • Support high-volume, varied recruitment needs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing competing demands.
- • Foster positive candidate experiences by communicating clearly and professionally with applicants at every stage of the process.
- • Collaborate with global teams and adapt recruitment approaches to meet diverse cultural and regional hiring needs.
- • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including the development or rollout of new recruitment workflows in a dynamic, start-up-like environment.
- • Maintain proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems to execute core recruitment functions effectively.
- • Serve as a key liaison between Talent Acquisition and the Marketing and Communications Division to align hiring outcomes with strategic business objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience or equivalent combination
- • Proven experience recruiting for leadership roles (Manager and above)
- • Experience recruiting for Marketing and Communications roles, including in-house or boutique environments
- • Experience working with and reporting to Director and VP-level clients
- • Experience sourcing candidates through identification, research, outreach, and development
- • Experience managing multiple high-volume, geographically dispersed roles
