  • • Own the execution of Acclarity’s post-rebrand go-to-market strategy, ensuring every touchpoint—from website and social to sales decks and event collateral—speaks with one clear, confident voice that reinforces our new identity.
  • • Translate complex consulting offerings into crisp, benefit-led messaging that resonates with CFOs, controllers, and private-equity sponsors; maintain a living messaging matrix that sales, delivery, and leadership can reference in real time.
  • • Plan, brief, and manage multi-channel campaigns (email nurtures, LinkedIn ads, webinars, trade-show activations) end-to-end: set KPIs, build timelines, coordinate designers and vendors, monitor budgets, and deliver post-mortem performance reports that guide the next iteration.
  • • Design and refresh sales-enablement assets—one-pagers, case studies, ROI calculators, pitch decks—working directly with subject-matter experts to extract insights and package them in visually compelling formats that shorten the sales cycle.
  • • Maintain brand governance: own the digital asset library, enforce logo, color, and typography standards across internal and external channels, and conduct quarterly audits to ensure 100 % compliance as we scale.
  • • Optimize the corporate website for lead generation; publish SEO-friendly blog posts, update service pages, and implement conversion paths (forms, chatbots, gated content) that feed a growing CRM database.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional squads—finance transformation consultants, IT advisors, and compliance leads—to surface client success stories, craft thought-leadership angles, and secure testimonials that fuel PR and content calendars.
  • • Own the marketing tech stack: be the super-user for HubSpot (workflows, lists, dashboards), Canva Pro, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics; recommend new tools when gaps appear and train colleagues on best practices.
  • • Track, analyze, and socialize performance metrics weekly—MQL volume, cost-per-lead, website traffic, social engagement—turning raw numbers into actionable insights that inform budget reallocation and creative pivots.
  • • Support internal culture initiatives: design quarterly all-hands decks, produce employee-spotlight videos, and manage intranet updates that keep a remote-first workforce connected to the Acclarity mission.
  • • Champion continuous improvement: run A/B tests on subject lines, ad creatives, and landing pages; document learnings in a shared playbook so the entire firm benefits from your experiments.
  • • Act as the brand’s “air-traffic controller,” triaging last-minute requests from partners while protecting strategic priorities—balancing agility with the discipline needed to hit quarterly pipeline targets.
