- • Own and scale the Insider One Partner Network across the UK, acquiring and nurturing relationships with top-tier digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
- • Design and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy that identifies high-value prospects, crafts tailored value propositions, and secures long-term strategic alliances that expand Insider One’s footprint in the UK and feed global pipeline.
- • Serve as the primary executive point of contact for UK partners, managing C-suite relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring mutual success through joint business plans, co-marketing initiatives, and shared revenue targets.
- • Drive partner-led sales by embedding Insider One’s AI-powered Customer Data Platform and omnichannel orchestration capabilities into partner service offerings, resulting in measurable uplift in partner revenue and client retention.
- • Collaborate with global Insider One offices to replicate and refine best-in-class partnership practices, sharing playbooks, success stories, and market intelligence that enable consistent partner program deployment across 30 offices and 50 nationalities.
- • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partner-generated opportunities, forecasting accurately, tracking KPIs such as influenced ARR, partner-sourced deals, and time-to-revenue, and reporting progress to senior leadership on a weekly and monthly cadence.
- • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner Success teams to create compelling go-to-market packages, joint value propositions, and enablement assets that accelerate partner onboarding and end-client adoption.
- • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and thought-leadership content that position Insider One as the #1 leader in customer engagement and personalization, while showcasing the partner’s unique expertise.
- • Champion partner feedback into Insider One’s product roadmap, influencing engineering priorities and feature development to ensure the platform continues to exceed market expectations and strengthen competitive differentiation.
- • Establish and run quarterly business reviews with strategic partners, setting clear OKRs, measuring performance against targets, and iterating success plans that deepen engagement and unlock expansion opportunities across new geographies or verticals.
- • Mentor and guide junior Partnership Managers, sharing proven methodologies for partner onboarding, certification, and joint selling, thereby building a high-performing UK partnership team capable of sustaining rapid growth.
- • Represent Insider One at industry events, partner summits, and customer conferences, amplifying brand visibility, generating new partner leads, and reinforcing Insider One’s reputation as one of the only woman-founded, women-led B2B SaaS unicorns.
- • Uphold Insider One’s social responsibility ethos by integrating partners into community impact programs—such as AI Training for Teachers, SheLeads, and Code Academy—thereby expanding the reach of 100 Social Responsibility Projects across the UK.
- • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and emerging martech trends to anticipate partner needs and proactively evolve the Insider One Partner Programme to stay ahead of the curve.
