- • The Marketing Specialist at OneSource Virtual (OSV) serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion. This role is critical in transforming strategic marketing plans into tangible outcomes by managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and maintaining rigorous documentation across all initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a project manager for full-team marketing activities using Monday.com to maintain campaign workflows, calendars, and task boards; coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assets; setting up campaigns in Salesforce (SFDC) and connecting data to other systems; scheduling and publishing social media content across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube; supporting digital marketing initiatives on advertising platforms and distribution channels; assisting with webinar dry runs, live webinars, and speaker coordination; identifying swag items or incentives for campaigns; and supporting the events team as needed.

- • In this role, the Marketing Specialist will develop deep expertise in B2B marketing operations within the HR technology space, gain hands-on experience with enterprise marketing tools like Salesforce and Monday.com, and strengthen project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. The position offers a clear path to advance into senior marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing strategy roles as OSV continues its strategic growth trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent working experience
- • 2-3 years of marketing or project management experience, ideally coordinating marketing programs or campaign operations
- • Working knowledge of social media marketing channels and digital content distribution
- • Strong organizational and project management skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Experience using a project management system like Monday.com (strongly preferred) or Asana
