- • As a Marketing Specialist at Conetic Group LLC, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s brand positioning and increasing its visibility within the global aviation and inflight entertainment (IFE) ecosystem, directly supporting commercial growth and strategic differentiation in a competitive market.
- • You will work closely with the Director of Commercial & Growth to ensure marketing initiatives are tightly aligned with sales strategy and broader business objectives, enabling cohesive go-to-market execution for Conetic’s integrated media solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the development and execution of the group marketing strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across Conetic and its subsidiaries, Touch Inflight Solutions and ABOVE, while contributing to value proposition development and competitive differentiation.
- • You will plan and execute the company’s participation in key industry events such as AIX, APEX, and PEC, managing all aspects from pre-event promotion and logistics to on-site engagement and post-event follow-up, including securing speaking opportunities and coordinating networking strategies.
- • You will develop and manage external communications across LinkedIn, the company website, newsletters, and press releases, while creating high-impact marketing and commercial materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and RFP support content that clearly articulate Conetic’s value proposition.
- • You will collaborate closely with the commercial team to support RFP processes and proposals, translate commercial priorities into compelling marketing narratives, and ensure messaging aligns with account strategy and client positioning.
- • You will maintain and evolve Conetic’s brand identity and digital presence across platforms, ensuring storytelling consistency between its business units and supporting campaigns that reinforce brand recognition and engagement.
- • You will act as a central point for internal marketing coordination across Commercial, Content, Operations, and Technology teams, organizing internal events and initiatives designed to strengthen company culture, enhance team engagement, and foster collaboration across the organization.
- • In this role, you will gain deep exposure to the intersection of aviation, media, and technology, developing expertise in B2B marketing within a niche, innovation-driven industry while building strategic communication and commercial alignment skills that accelerate professional growth.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape how a global innovator in inflight experiences communicates its value to airlines and industry stakeholders, directly contributing to market adoption of personalized, data-driven content solutions that enhance the passenger journey.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Ability to translate complex technical or commercial concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- • Strong interest in aviation, media, technology, or digital sectors
- • Experience with LinkedIn content creation, website updates, newsletters, and press releases
