• • As a Marketing Specialist at Helix Operations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to integrate genomic data into clinical practice by supporting marketing execution across business lines. Your work ensures that Helix’s innovative health-tech messaging is accurate, compliant, and impactful, directly contributing to the company’s growth and industry leadership.
• • Day to day, you will create and refine marketing collateral such as sales sheets, slide decks, blog posts, and social media content; manage the end-to-end Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process; maintain the marketing asset library and claims documentation; coordinate logistics for major events like the Helix Partner Summit and industry conferences; support webinar production; track projects in JIRA; and liaise with vendors to ensure timely, on-brand delivery.
