- • The Marketing & Operations Specialist, EMEA role at Leica Biosystems (part of Danaher Corporation) is a critical execution-focused position that ensures seamless operational delivery across the EMEA Regional Marketing Team, enabling strategic marketing initiatives to succeed by handling the administrative and logistical backbone of regional campaigns, events, and financial workflows.
- • This role directly supports the company’s mission of "Advancing Cancer Diagnostics, Improving Lives" by ensuring marketing operations run efficiently, allowing regional marketing managers to focus on driving market activation, stakeholder engagement, and growth initiatives that improve patient outcomes through faster, more precise cancer diagnostics.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the execution backbone for the EMEA Regional Marketing Team by coordinating timelines, deliverables, trackers, and follow-through across recurring marketing activities, maintaining operational structure through clear documentation, templates, and process hygiene to ensure consistency and compliance.
- • The role involves end-to-end administration and logistics coordination for regional tradeshows, customer events, and webinars — including vendor management, shipping, readiness checklists, and onsite requirements — ensuring brand-compliant, customer-ready execution across all EMEA markets.
- • Financial and procurement duties include managing PO tracking, invoice follow-up, vendor documentation, and budget monitoring using internal tools such as ORO, iBuy, and SAP, while working within established finance and procurement workflows to maintain accurate financial reporting and cost control.
- • Asset coordination responsibilities encompass overseeing the creation, formatting, and deployment readiness of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, booth assets, toolkits) for events and campaigns, ensuring alignment with Leica Biosystems’ brand standards and regional readiness.
- • The specialist supports demand generation execution by coordinating pre- and post-event communications, lead capture readiness, and timely lead handover processes to Sales and Lead Qualification teams to enable accurate funnel tracking and marketing-sales alignment.
- • The EMEA Regional Marketing Team operates within Danaher’s Diagnostics segment, collaborating with six fellow Diagnostics Companies to drive innovation at scale, leveraging shared resources and best practices to tackle global health challenges through advanced diagnostic solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experienced in B2B marketing operations, marketing coordination, event and webinar execution, or project coordination
- • Experience in a Healthcare/MedTech/Diagnostics/Life Sciences environment (regulated, customer-facing, matrix stakeholders)
- • Proven ability to manage high-volume execution and administrative workload with accuracy and speed
- • Strong track record of meeting deadlines, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering under pressure
- • Experience supporting financial/admin workflows, including budget tracking, PO coordination, and invoice follow-up
- • High proficiency in PowerPoint (formatting quality and speed) and Excel (trackers, reporting, comparisons)
- • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
