• • You will plan and execute end-to-end events including trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and partner activations, managing everything from initial briefings and vendor coordination to on-site logistics and post-event debriefs to ensure seamless delivery and brand alignment.
• • You will design and grow Lexroom’s social media presence by creating consistent, engaging content in German and English, nurturing a qualified audience database, and fostering community interaction that reflects the brand’s values of clarity and innovation.
• • You will collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional teams to adapt global marketing campaigns for the German market, tailoring messaging, claims, and landing pages to local nuances while maintaining brand integrity and campaign effectiveness.
• • You will analyze campaign and event performance using data from CRM, advertising platforms, and event tools, identifying top-performing creatives, channels, and regions to optimize future initiatives and report actionable insights to leadership.
