- • As a Marketing Specialist at Lexroom.ai, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand presence and market reach of a fast-growing legal AI startup in Europe, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making the law faster, clearer, and more reliable through strategic event management, campaign execution, and community building.
- • You will own the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives—from concept and planning to execution and performance analysis—ensuring brand consistency, operational excellence, and measurable impact across internal and external stakeholders in the German and broader European markets.
- • Joining a compact, high-impact team at Lexroom.ai, you will collaborate with exceptional colleagues in a culture that values precision, curiosity, and ambition, where every contribution directly influences the evolution of a trusted legal AI platform adopted by thousands of professionals.
- • In this role, you will develop end-to-end marketing expertise in event coordination, campaign localization, social media community growth, and performance analytics, gaining hands-on experience in a scaling tech startup while building a professional portfolio that opens doors to future leadership in marketing, events, or operations.
- • You will plan and execute end-to-end events including trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and partner activations, managing everything from initial briefings and vendor coordination to on-site logistics and post-event debriefs to ensure seamless delivery and brand alignment.
- • You will design and grow Lexroom’s social media presence by creating consistent, engaging content in German and English, nurturing a qualified audience database, and fostering community interaction that reflects the brand’s values of clarity and innovation.
- • You will collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional teams to adapt global marketing campaigns for the German market, tailoring messaging, claims, and landing pages to local nuances while maintaining brand integrity and campaign effectiveness.
- • You will analyze campaign and event performance using data from CRM, advertising platforms, and event tools, identifying top-performing creatives, channels, and regions to optimize future initiatives and report actionable insights to leadership.
- • You will work closely with leadership and partnerships to define clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs for all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and enabling data-driven decision-making across functions.
- • You will coordinate with communications teams to amplify event reach through targeted newsletters, social media posts, and promotional content before and after activations, maximizing attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
- • You will track results, gather feedback from participants and stakeholders, and continuously refine event formats and campaign strategies to improve ROI, attendee satisfaction, and brand perception over time.
