• • The Marketing Specialist, Global Diagnostics at Zoetis Inc. bridges communications strategy with marketing automation to design and execute automated campaigns while ensuring consistent and compelling brand communications across all platforms.
• • Day to day, the person will craft content for customer email journeys, develop crisis communication plans, ensure brand voice consistency, coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, develop internal marketing communications (Dx Marketing Brief, Dx Monthly Newsletter), create and distribute customer email campaigns for conferences and events, develop audience segmentation strategies, manage email and multi-channel campaigns including testing and deployment, monitor campaign performance with dashboards and reports, maintain data quality through cleansing strategies, manage Diagnostic projects including price lists, build relationships with Dx Marketing Portfolio, PetCare, and industry partners, manage conference-related deliverables (literature, sponsorships, promotional items), support equipment/asset management for events, and provide on-site event support as needed.
• • The team is part of Zoetis Inc., a global animal health company dedicated to supporting veterinarians and livestock producers with innovative diagnostics, vaccines, and medicines. The Marketing Specialist works within the Global Diagnostics marketing team, collaborating with Dx Marketing Portfolio, PetCare, and industry partners to align campaigns with master brand strategy.
• • In this role, the person can learn and achieve expertise in marketing automation, customer segmentation, and multi-channel campaign management; develop advanced skills in data analysis and performance reporting; gain experience in crisis communication and brand voice governance; and contribute to global diagnostics marketing initiatives that support animal health outcomes worldwide.
