📋 Description

• As the LATAM Marketing Specialist, you will own the development and execution of localized, culturally relevant marketing strategies to grow market share and revenue across Spanish-speaking markets in Latin America.
• You will develop a strong understanding of LATAM markets, including local exam systems, education structures, and differences between students and physicians; adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts; plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social; monitor and optimize campaigns using data to drive continuous improvement across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels; and own end-to-end project management while collaborating cross-functionally with global teams to ensure alignment and build scalable best practices.
• You will join AMBOSS Technologies Inc., a global leader in medical education and clinical decision support, founded in 2012 with over 600 employees active in 180+ countries, with offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, Cagliari, and Cape Town, dedicated to empowering medical professionals through innovative AI-powered learning tools.
• In this role, you will develop strategic and operational marketing expertise in high-growth emerging markets, gain deep cross-functional collaboration experience with global CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, and Product teams, and build scalable, data-driven marketing frameworks tailored to diverse LATAM audiences while advancing your impact in a mission-driven, innovative healthcare technology company.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing from SaaS or B2C in Latin America
• Strong understanding of multichannel marketing (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Social Media), including region-specific channel dynamics (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp)
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data to design and execute impactful marketing initiatives
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
