- • As the LATAM Marketing Specialist at Amboss Technologies Inc., you will drive growth across Latin America by developing and executing localized, culturally relevant marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue in Spanish-speaking regions.
- • You will develop a deep understanding of LATAM markets, adapt global messaging to local cultural and linguistic contexts, plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social (including Meta and WhatsApp), monitor and optimize campaign performance using data, and own end-to-end project management while collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment and scalability.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Amboss, a global leader in medical education and clinical decision support, founded in 2012 with over 600 employees operating in 180+ countries, with offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, Cagliari, and Cape Town, dedicated to empowering medical professionals through innovative AI-powered learning tools.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic and operational marketing expertise, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, gain deep insights into LATAM healthcare and education systems, and build scalable marketing practices that directly impact user acquisition, activation, and retention in high-growth emerging markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing from SaaS or B2C in Latin America
- • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Social Media), including region-specific channel dynamics (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp)
- • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data to design and execute impactful marketing initiatives
- • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
