- • As the LATAM Marketing Specialist at AMBOSS Technologies Inc., you will drive growth across Latin America by developing and executing culturally relevant marketing strategies tailored to Spanish-speaking markets, directly impacting market share and revenue in a fast-growing global health tech company.
- • You will develop a deep understanding of LATAM exam systems and education structures, adapt global messaging to local linguistic and cultural contexts, plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social (including Meta and WhatsApp), monitor and optimize performance using data, and own end-to-end project management while collaborating with global CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, and Product teams.

- • In this role, you will build expertise in localized SaaS/B2C marketing in emerging markets, strengthen your ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution, gain cross-functional leadership experience, and develop scalable best practices for LATAM that can be applied across AMBOSS’s global operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing from SaaS or B2C in Latin America
- • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Social Media), including region-specific channel dynamics (e.g., Meta, WhatsApp)
- • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with limited data to design and execute impactful marketing initiatives
- • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
