- • Cambly Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to spearhead our lead and demand generation efforts in the vibrant South Korean market. This is a unique opportunity to be the primary architect of our B2B marketing strategy in Korea, driving significant growth and revenue for one of the world's leading online English language platforms. As a fully remote position based in South Korea, you will leverage your deep understanding of the local market to craft and execute impactful campaigns that resonate with businesses and empower their teams with essential language skills for global success.
- • In this pivotal role, you will own the entire marketing lifecycle for our B2B offerings in Korea. This includes conceptualizing and implementing integrated demand generation campaigns across a diverse range of channels. You will be instrumental in developing and managing our content strategy, creating compelling collateral such as insightful blog posts, authoritative whitepapers, and persuasive case studies that directly support the sales cycle and nurture potential clients through their buyer journey. Your ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content will be crucial in establishing Cambly as a thought leader in the Korean business landscape.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve orchestrating both online and offline events. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and meticulous measurement of these events, with the overarching goal of generating high-quality leads and significantly enhancing Cambly's brand presence within the Korean corporate sector. This includes identifying key industry events, organizing webinars, and potentially hosting in-person workshops or networking sessions that foster meaningful connections and drive business opportunities.
- • Furthermore, you will play a key role in designing and executing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Collaborating closely with our dedicated Sales team, you will identify key target accounts, develop tailored outreach programs, and implement campaigns designed to penetrate these accounts effectively and accelerate deal cycles. This requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of how to personalize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
- • Performance tracking and analysis are at the core of this position. You will be expected to continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives. This involves a keen focus on critical metrics such as conversion rates, Cost Per Lead (CPL), pipeline contribution, and overall Return on Investment (ROI). Your data-driven insights will inform future campaign strategies and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- • Effective budget management is paramount. You will be entrusted with owning and managing the B2B marketing budget for South Korea, making strategic decisions on resource allocation to maximize the impact and ROI of all marketing programs. This requires a disciplined approach to financial planning and a constant evaluation of program effectiveness.
- • Seamless alignment with the Sales team, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), is essential for success. You will foster a collaborative relationship, ensuring consistent messaging, high lead quality, and smooth handoffs throughout the sales funnel. Your ability to understand the sales process and provide them with the necessary marketing support will be critical.
