- • The Marketing Strategist & Content Designer is a hybrid role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns for U.S.-based clients using AI-driven tools.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating AI-assisted copy and visual assets for social media, email, and web; managing content calendars across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube; conducting UX audits and heatmap analysis; coordinating with designers and editors via Asana and Google Chat; and ensuring brand consistency across all client campaigns.
- • Scale Army supports a high-velocity advertising agency that specializes in fast-paced, AI-powered marketing solutions across industries, valuing momentum, strategic ownership, and rapid execution in a fully remote environment aligned with U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST).
- • In this role, you will develop autonomy in campaign ownership, sharpen your AI-augmented creative skills, gain cross-industry exposure, and contribute measurable improvements to client performance through strategic audits, content innovation, and proactive collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in a creative, marketing, or advertising agency environment
- • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and shifting deadlines in an agency setting
- • Hands-on experience conducting UX audits and interpreting heatmap data to drive optimization decisions
- • Proficiency with AI content tools like Claude and ChatGPT for prompt-based copywriting and asset generation
- • Strong written English and copywriting skills for social, email, and web formats
- • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite (a plus)
