- • The Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager will serve as the operational backbone of APAC Marketing at Notion, ensuring campaigns are built, launched, and measured efficiently while enabling seamless lead handoff to Sales across Australia, Singapore, Japan, and South Korea. This role is critical to scaling marketing impact in a high-growth SaaS environment by bridging Marketing and Sales through scalable processes, tooling, and data integrity.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and maintaining campaign templates, standardized QA processes, and reusable campaign architecture in Marketo, Customer.io, and Salesforce; owning the Campaign object in Salesforce with attention to member status designations, naming conventions, and data hygiene; building, testing, and launching end-to-end campaigns while continuously optimizing for speed and quality; managing email deliverability, sender reputation, compliance with privacy regulations, and opt-out requirements to grow the APAC marketable database; debugging lead and MQA routing logic to ensure accurate lead assignment across segments and regions; monitoring MQL/MQA volumes, conversion rates, and system health to proactively identify and resolve issues; and serving as the primary liaison to APAC SDR teams to improve handoff quality, outreach timing, and conversion to opportunity.
- • The APAC Marketing team at Notion operates across multiple countries and timezones, collaborating closely with SDR leadership, Sales, RevOps, and agency partners to drive pipeline throughput and campaign quality. Notion’s culture emphasizes in-person collaboration on Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) in its Sydney office, fostering teamwork and alignment in a hybrid work environment.
