- • As the Marketing Technology Lead at LemFi, you will serve as the architect of the company’s performance engine, ensuring that every dollar spent on global user acquisition is measurable, attributable, and optimized for maximum impact. This role is critical to LemFi’s mission of building a financial ecosystem for the Global South, where accurate tracking and data integrity directly enable millions of immigrants to access affordable remittances, multi-currency accounts, and financial growth tools. You will own the technical foundation that connects marketing spend to real-world outcomes like 'First Send' events, turning ambiguous campaign data into actionable insights that drive sustainable growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and maintaining multi-touch attribution (MTA) models and leading the migration to server-side tracking to guarantee 100% accuracy in 'Transaction Funded' events; owning the global event dictionary to ensure consistent firing of key milestones such as 'KYC_Approved' and 'Transfer_Initiated' across iOS, Android, and Web platforms; managing the technical side of growth experimentation by architecting 'Liquidity Alerts' that trigger personalized, real-time notifications based on fluctuating corridor rates; building automated dashboards that compare customer acquisition cost (CAC) against 90-day lifetime value (LTV) by corridor and executing 'Lift Studies' to measure the true incremental impact of marketing campaigns; and acting as a cross-functional bridge between Marketing, Engineering, Data, Legal, Compliance, Creative, and Product teams to align on data privacy standards, optimize onboarding flows, and ensure marketing automation remains resilient through app updates.
- • You will join a mission-driven, globally distributed team of over 400 professionals spanning 20+ countries, united by LemFi’s vision to eliminate financial exclusion for immigrants and diaspora communities. The company operates at the forefront of fintech innovation, processing over $1 billion in monthly transactions across 30+ countries and evolving from a remittance-focused app into a full-spectrum financial platform. - • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in modern MarTech infrastructure, including server-side tracking, CDP integration, and MMP optimization, while gaining strategic influence over how LemFi measures and scales its global growth. You will have the opportunity to shape experimentation frameworks, refine attribution logic in complex, multi-jurisdictional financial flows, and directly contribute to reducing customer acquisition costs while increasing long-term user value. Your work will not only improve marketing efficiency but also reinforce LemFi’s commitment to trust, transparency, and impact—ensuring that every technical decision ultimately serves the goal of putting more money into families’ hands, faster and more affordably.
🎯 Requirements
- • High proficiency in SQL for extracting and analyzing raw data from diverse sources
- • Deep experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer or Branch and customer data platforms (CDPs) like Segment
- • Proven ability to design, implement, or migrate a MarTech stack from scratch, including experience with tools like Braze, Segment, or similar platforms
- • Solid understanding of statistical significance and hands-on experience managing technical infrastructure for A/B testing using tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize
- • Ability to audit mobile SDKs to ensure marketing trackers do not negatively impact app performance, security, or user experience
- • Experience working in fintech or another regulated industry with familiarity around KYC, AML, and data compliance requirements
