You will be a key contributor to our digital presence, working collaboratively with a dynamic team of web developers, product marketers, regional stakeholders, external agencies, and other internal partners to ensure our website remains a fast-paced, visually appealing, and informative platform.
- • As a Marketing Web Content Specialist, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the core operations of our website. You will be tasked with the day-to-day publishing, updating, and meticulous maintenance of website pages. This involves leveraging our Content Management System (CMS) and utilizing component-based templates to ensure a cohesive and efficient content delivery. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that all published content is not only accurate and up-to-date but also adheres strictly to brand guidelines, meets accessibility standards, and incorporates fundamental Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to enhance visibility and performance.
- • You will also be responsible for comprehensive quality assurance (QA) of all content changes. This includes rigorous testing across various devices and browsers to identify and troubleshoot common front-end issues related to spacing, formatting, broken links, or embedded media. Proactive identification and resolution of these issues are crucial for maintaining a seamless user experience. Furthermore, you will act as a central point of coordination for content updates, liaising effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure that all content-related tasks are managed efficiently and delivered according to schedule, maintaining project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- • A significant focus of this role is the ownership and management of our multilingual website experience. You will be responsible for the entire end-to-end translation publishing workflow, from the initial intake of translation requests, through diligent tracking, review processes, thorough QA, and final launch. This requires close partnership with our translation vendors and internal reviewers to guarantee the highest standards of quality, linguistic accuracy, and consistency across all translated content, ensuring timely delivery to global audiences.
- • Maintaining language and version parity across our priority web pages is essential. You will coordinate updates diligently, especially when source content undergoes changes, to ensure that all localized versions remain synchronized and accurate. This role also involves contributing to the continuous improvement of our multilingual governance strategy, defining best practices for what content gets translated, the frequency of updates, QA standards for localized content, and optimizing the overall publishing process. You will also actively monitor and help resolve common multilingual site issues, such as URL structures, hreflang tag configurations, navigation consistency across languages, and the behavior of language switcher functionalities, ensuring a smooth experience for our international visitors.
- • Beyond content operations and multilingual management, you will engage in vital cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with developers and external agencies to implement website enhancements, address bug fixes, and integrate new web components. Your support will be crucial for ongoing site improvement initiatives and conversion optimization efforts, involving the implementation and QA of A/B tests and other optimization strategies. Maintaining up-to-date documentation for critical processes, including the translation workflow, publishing standards, and comprehensive QA checklists, will also be a key responsibility, ensuring knowledge transfer and process efficiency.
