- • As a Marketplace Customer Service Representative at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with third-party sellers by resolving post-sale issues such as returns, freight claims, product inquiries, and warranty support—ensuring continued partnership and customer satisfaction.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing internal tools like OMC, Genesys, and various Marketplace portals to manage customer inquiries via phone and email, maintain seller agreements through timely and quality interactions, and collaborate with Merch & Ops teams on process improvements and critical issue resolution.
- • You will contribute to weekly team meetings by sharing trends and inconsistencies observed in Marketplace operations, seek opportunities to refine processes with peers, and communicate critical issues such as fraudulent activity, listing errors, or sales spikes using company tools and resources.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ months of experience in a sales or customer service representative position at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc.
- • No active Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) or Corrective Action Notices (CANs)
- • Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication
- • Ability to work within the required business hours: Monday–Friday 6am–5pm PST and Saturday 6am–4pm PST, with flexibility for overtime and weekend work during peak periods
- • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective time management with the ability to multi-task
- • Adherence to the Sales Center Attendance Policy and company policies regarding data privacy, security, and associate conduct
