Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, Launch, Journey Optimizer) for a portfolio of 800+ enterprise clients, ensuring each deployment is tailored to their unique business objectives and KPIs.
- • Translate complex marketing requirements into scalable technical architectures, working hand-in-hand with strategists, data scientists, and creative teams to design data models, tagging schemas, and audience segmentation strategies that power personalized customer experiences.
- • Build and maintain robust tag-management frameworks in Adobe Launch, writing clean, reusable JavaScript that captures granular behavioral data while safeguarding site performance and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, ITP).
- • Configure server-side forwarding, data feeds, and real-time integrations between Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and client CRM/CDP platforms, enabling closed-loop measurement and AI-driven optimization that demonstrably lifts ROI.
- • Develop custom dashboards in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Power BI that surface actionable insights for C-suite stakeholders, turning raw hit-level data into compelling narratives about customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- • Lead technical discovery workshops and sprint planning sessions, translating business questions into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks that keep cross-functional teams aligned and on schedule.
- • Troubleshoot and debug data discrepancies across web, mobile app, and connected-device environments, leveraging Charles, Fiddler, and Adobe Debugger to isolate root causes and implement fixes that restore data integrity within SLA.
- • Champion experimentation best practices by architecting A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target, including audience qualification logic, statistical significance thresholds, and automated winner deployment that drives continuous conversion-rate improvements.
- • Mentor junior engineers and client-side developers through code reviews, lunch-and-learns, and pair-programming sessions, raising the collective bar for clean, maintainable MarTech code across the organization.
- • Stay ahead of the curve on Adobe’s quarterly product releases, beta features, and industry trends (server-side tagging, first-party data strategies, cookieless measurement), proactively recommending upgrades and pilots that future-proof client investments.
- • Collaborate with privacy and legal teams to implement consent-management workflows, data-retention policies, and governance frameworks that balance aggressive growth targets with emerging global regulations.
- • Contribute to Adswerve’s thought-leadership engine by authoring blog posts, speaking at industry conferences, and co-hosting webinars that showcase innovative use cases and cement our reputation as the go-to Adobe consultancy.
- • Own the technical success criteria for client renewals and upsells, presenting quarterly business reviews that quantify incremental revenue, cost savings, and strategic value delivered through our MarTech solutions.
- • Build reusable accelerators—JavaScript libraries, Launch extensions, API connectors—that cut future implementation timelines by 30-50%, enabling the team to scale impact without sacrificing quality or security.

- • Experience debugging cross-browser/device analytics issues using browser dev tools and network proxies
- • Nice-to-have: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Analytics Developer certification
