- • Join an award-winning, rapidly growing AI Marketing SaaS company as a MarTech Implementation Specialist, where you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our cutting-edge platform.
- • This is a critical, hands-on "doer" role focused on the technical onboarding and ongoing execution for our diverse client base, primarily involving Shopify and affiliate tracking integrations.
- • You will be the technical architect and executor, owning the entire lifecycle of client technical setup, from post-contract to successful go-live, ensuring seamless integrations and accurate tracking from day one.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the technical configuration of our platform, specifically focusing on Everflow configuration and robust Shopify integrations, guaranteeing clients launch smoothly and begin seeing measurable results at an accelerated pace.
- • Operate within a high-volume, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, where you will expertly handle a significant caseload of 10-20 technical cases daily, prioritizing speed, precision, and efficient execution.
- • Act as the vital technical bridge connecting our clients, product development teams, and engineering departments, translating complex business requirements into reliable, scalable system configurations.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing processes, streamline workflows, and implement automation solutions to improve both client experience and internal efficiency.
- • Take full ownership of the technical platform setup and intricate configuration for a wide array of clients, ensuring deep familiarity with Everflow functionalities and best practices for Shopify integrations.
- • Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and clearly articulate the root causes and effective fixes for complex tracking and integration issues, escalating to the Engineering team only when absolutely necessary and providing them with comprehensive details.
- • Skillfully manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, from the crucial post-contract phase through to the successful go-live milestone, meticulously ensuring the accuracy of tracking mechanisms and the seamless operation of all integrations.
- • Lead in-depth technical discovery sessions during the sales handoff process, adeptly translating client business needs and objectives into precise and effective system configurations that align with our platform's capabilities.
- • Effectively project manage all technical client requests and ongoing issues, driving them through to swift and clear resolution, maintaining high standards of communication and accountability.
- • Employ advanced troubleshooting techniques for tracking, integration, and reporting challenges, utilizing powerful tools such as Chrome DevTools, Postman, or other relevant API testing utilities to pinpoint and resolve issues.
- • Execute critical business-driven updates and adjustments, including but not limited to commission structure changes, new feature rollouts, and essential configuration modifications, with accuracy and minimal disruption.
- • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), comprehensive documentation, and detailed troubleshooting guides for all recurring workflows and common client scenarios.
- • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, fostering confidence through clear, concise, and technically sound communication of solutions and resolutions.
- • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with engineering and product teams to scope, define, and deliver on unique client-specific needs and custom requirements.
- • Actively surface recurring technical issues, identify patterns, and champion automation opportunities to drive platform improvements and enhance the overall client experience, contributing to product evolution.
