📋 Description

• • The Martech Lead at FSA Store Inc. is a strategic leadership role focused on driving marketing technology innovation through customer data, omnichannel personalization, and media marketing to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
• • Day to day, the person will design and implement media marketing architectures, develop targeting and retargeting strategies, build real-time personalization systems using behavioral and transactional data, architect and manage Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) for data ingestion, segmentation, and activation, oversee prospect data stores with emphasis on quality and compliance, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, UX, and data teams to deliver scalable MarTech solutions.
• • The team operates within a fast-growing health and wellness e-commerce company that values data-driven marketing and cross-functional innovation, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to personalize customer experiences at scale.
• • In this role, the person will deepen expertise in enterprise MarTech stacks (Tealium, GCP, Kafka), lead CDP implementation and data activation strategies, gain experience in real-time personalization using ML-based models, and develop leadership skills in guiding technical teams and influencing stakeholders across marketing, engineering, and data functions.
