- • As the Martech Manager at Airalo, you will be the pivotal force behind our marketing technology stack, ensuring its seamless operation and strategic alignment with our ambitious growth objectives. This role is designed for a proactive and technically adept individual who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy and technological execution. You will be instrumental in empowering our marketing teams with the tools and insights they need to connect with our global customer base effectively, while also ensuring robust data governance and operational efficiency.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and manage the entire marketing technology ecosystem. This includes the selection, implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of all marketing-related software and platforms. You will act as the central point of contact for all Martech-related initiatives, bridging the gap between the marketing department's needs and the technical capabilities of our systems.
- • A key aspect of this role involves collaborating closely with the Data team. While the Data team focuses on overarching data governance, infrastructure, core modeling, and advanced analytics, you will provide them with a stable, well-managed foundation upon which to build. This symbiotic relationship ensures that marketing data is accurate, accessible, and actionable, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- • You will be responsible for defining and implementing best practices for data capture, hygiene, and utilization within the marketing context. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and maintaining the integrity of our customer data.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of various marketing technologies, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, email marketing tools, analytics platforms, CDP (Customer Data Platform), attribution tools, and A/B testing software. You will evaluate new technologies, assess their potential impact, and lead their integration into our existing stack.
- • You will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Martech systems, processes, and workflows. This includes creating user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and effective use of our tools.
- • A significant part of your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Martech stack, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted marketing operations. You will work with vendors and internal technical teams to address complex problems.
- • You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer journey by leveraging Martech to deliver personalized and relevant experiences across various touchpoints. This involves understanding customer segmentation and using technology to automate and optimize targeted campaigns.
- • You will be responsible for measuring the performance and ROI of our Martech investments. This includes setting up tracking, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating regular reports to demonstrate the impact of Martech initiatives on business goals.
- • Furthermore, you will stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in marketing technology, identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques to maintain Airalo's competitive edge in the travel-tech industry.
- • You will also be involved in budget management for Martech tools and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing the value derived from our technology investments.
