Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our core data assets, which are foundational to our healthcare platform. You will leverage your deep understanding of MDM principles and best practices to build and maintain systems that support our mission of delivering exceptional care. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a vast and impactful dataset, contributing directly to the improvement of healthcare delivery across the nation.
- • Key Responsibilities:

- • Proactively troubleshoot software incidents and complex data-related problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective, sustainable solutions to minimize disruption.
- • Collaborate closely with both technical and business teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- • Act as a good team player, fostering a collaborative environment and contributing positively to team dynamics and project success.
- • Assist in the effort estimation process for responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), providing accurate technical assessments and resource planning.
- • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional development within the MDM domain.
