📋 Description
- • The Master Trainer – Sales Capability Building role at Adobe is critical to empowering sellers and advisors with the skills, confidence, and tools needed to drive customer impact and business growth in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- • Day to day, you will design and deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences focused on consultative selling, value-based communication, expansion selling, and customer conversation excellence using storytelling, simulations, role plays, and real-world scenarios.
- • You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Support, and Enablement teams to build scalable programs, create sales enablement assets like discovery frameworks and talk tracks, and integrate coaching into daily workflows through frontline manager collaboration.
- • In this role, you will leverage AI-powered tools to personalize learning, explore conversational AI and simulations, apply learning analytics for continuous improvement, and help drive adoption of modern enablement platforms and digital learning technologies across global teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, capability building, learning and development, or sales training within the technology or SaaS industry
- • 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience
- • Experience facilitating engaging learning experiences for sales or customer-facing teams
- • Experience designing scenario-based learning programs using simulations, storytelling, and role-play activities
- • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools, LMS platforms, reinforcement solutions, or conversational AI technologies
- • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Technology, Computer Applications, Strategy, Learning, or a related field
