📋 Description

• As a Trainee IT Consultant ERP-Systeme (m/w/d) at Mindsquare AG, you will embark on a structured three-month trainee program designed to fast-track your development into a Senior IT Consultant for ERP systems within 2-3 years. This role is pivotal in bridging technical expertise with business process innovation, enabling you to contribute meaningfully to digital transformation projects for mid-sized enterprises and international corporations.
• Day to day, you will participate in SAP/ABAP and Salesforce training with official certification, build knowledge in artificial intelligence applications for ERP optimization, engage in soft skills and project management workshops, and support challenging IT projects involving programming, consulting, and process design. You will work remotely with occasional on-site client visits, gaining hands-on experience in real-world ERP implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or Business Sciences with a focus on Informatics
• Passion for IT and the motivation to turn your hobby into a profession
• Fluent German language skills for effective communication with German-speaking clients
• Enthusiasm for IT consulting and development, with interest in detailed software solution design
• Willingness for variable assignments, including on-site work at client locations
• Commitment to continuous learning and lifelong education
