• • As a Match Referee, you will be at the forefront of ensuring fair play and operational excellence during our diverse range of esports tournaments. Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous preparation and setup of both the working and playing environments, ensuring that all equipment and spaces are optimized for peak performance and player comfort. This includes configuring gaming stations, ensuring stable network connectivity, and preparing any necessary physical materials for the event.
• • You will be instrumental in the initiation and active management of tournaments. This involves understanding tournament structures, adhering to schedules, and making real-time decisions to keep the competition flowing smoothly.
