📋 Description

• The Materials Coordinator role at Critical Loop, Inc. is essential to ensuring the smooth flow of materials for energy storage system builds, directly supporting the company’s mission to advance grid modernization through reliable, hands-on supply chain execution.
• Day to day, the person will receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and part numbers against purchase orders, document discrepancies, manage purchase order tracking, expedite at-risk parts, perform three-way invoice matching, and maintain accurate inventory records in a shop floor environment.
• Critical Loop is a fast-growing, mission-driven company focused on building integrated edge grid solutions using advanced battery and energy management systems, where teamwork, ownership, and technical pride are valued over hierarchy or silos.
• In this role, the person will gain deep experience in hardware supply chain operations, develop expertise in inventory accuracy and discrepancy resolution, and have the opportunity to grow into broader materials or procurement responsibilities as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in purchasing, receiving, inventory, or materials coordination, preferably in a hardware, manufacturing, or industrial environment
• Hands-on receiving experience: physically receiving shipments, verifying against POs, and documenting findings
• Strong attention to detail with part numbers, quantities, serial numbers, dates, and dollar amounts
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and staying organized in a shop floor environment, including handling heavy or oversized electrical equipment
