- • Serve as Field Marketing Manager / Senior Manager on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, beginning October 1st, 2026, supporting Veeva Systems’ life sciences marketing initiatives.
- • Drive demand generation strategies across the life sciences industry, aligning campaigns with sales objectives and regional market needs.
- • Plan, execute, and measure field marketing events including conferences, customer roundtables, and product launch events to increase pipeline and brand visibility.
- • Lead digital marketing efforts tailored to life sciences professionals, optimizing channels such as email, webinars, and targeted online advertising.
- • Develop and distribute sales enablement materials including presentations, battle cards, case studies, and product demos to empower field sales teams.
- • Collaborate with global marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Veeva’s industry cloud solutions.
- • Manage regional marketing budgets and track ROI across all field marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- • Support communications initiatives by creating localized content and coordinating with corporate communications to amplify key messages in the Spanish market.
- • Leverage Veeva’s customer success and speed values to deliver high-impact marketing programs that accelerate customer adoption and satisfaction.
- • Work in a hybrid environment with flexibility to operate from home or in the Barcelona office, supporting Veeva’s Work Anywhere policy.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven culture focused on Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed within a public benefit corporation (PBC).
- • Report to senior marketing leadership and act as a key liaison between regional field teams and global marketing functions.
- • Utilize Veeva’s industry-specific SaaS platforms and tools to inform campaign strategy and measure performance across the customer journey.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a high-growth SaaS environment with extensive expansion potential in the life sciences sector.
- • Represent Veeva at industry events and engage with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech innovators.
- • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory standards relevant to the life sciences industry in Spain and the EU.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Field Marketing Manager or Senior Manager in B2B technology or life sciences SaaS
- • Demonstrated success in designing and executing demand generation and event marketing programs
- • Strong understanding of sales enablement and alignment between marketing and sales teams
- • Experience managing regional marketing budgets and measuring campaign ROI
- • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
