- • Serve as Field Marketing Manager / Senior Manager on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, beginning October 1, 2026, supporting Veeva Systems’ field marketing initiatives in Germany.
- • Drive demand generation strategies tailored to the life sciences industry, aligning with Veeva’s mission to help companies bring therapies to patients faster.
- • Plan, execute, and measure field marketing campaigns across multiple channels including events, digital marketing, and sales enablement programs.
- • Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and deliver sales enablement materials that enhance pipeline generation and customer engagement.
- • Manage end-to-end execution of regional events, including virtual and in-person conferences, webinars, and customer roundtables, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.
- • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing activities, track performance metrics, and report on ROI to senior leadership.
- • Partner with central marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and campaign rollout across Germany and broader EMEA regions.
- • Support communications efforts by contributing to targeted content, press materials, and customer success stories that highlight Veeva’s impact in life sciences.
- • Act as a key liaison between field marketing, product marketing, and regional sales leadership to identify opportunities and address market-specific needs.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a high-growth SaaS environment, maintaining agility while upholding Veeva’s core values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed.
- • Work in a flexible environment as a Work Anywhere company, with the option to work remotely or from the Berlin office, supporting personal productivity and work-life balance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Field Marketing Manager or Senior Manager in B2B SaaS or life sciences technology
- • Demonstrated success in designing and executing demand generation and event marketing campaigns
- • Strong ability to collaborate with sales teams to drive pipeline and support sales enablement
- • Experience using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize ROI
- • Fluency in German and English, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- • Understanding of the life sciences industry and its regulatory/commercial landscape
