📋 Description

• Serve as Field Marketing Manager / Senior Manager on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, starting October 1st, 2026, supporting Veeva Systems’ life sciences marketing initiatives.
• Drive demand generation strategies across the UK market to support sales teams and accelerate pipeline growth in the life sciences sector.
• Plan, execute, and measure the impact of field marketing events including conferences, customer roundtables, and targeted regional campaigns.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to align field activities with online campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and optimized lead flow.
• Develop and distribute sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, and product demos, tailored to field sales needs.
• Partner with communications and product marketing teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant messaging aligned with life sciences regulatory standards.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine tactics, improve ROI, and report results to senior marketing leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships and event logistics, ensuring high-quality execution within budget constraints.
• Act as a key liaison between regional sales teams and central marketing functions to identify local market needs and translate them into actionable field programs.
• Support the broader field marketing team in scaling successful initiatives across the UK and contributing to regional best practices.
• Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations governing pharmaceutical and biotech marketing communications.
• Work in a flexible environment as a Work Anywhere company, with the option to operate remotely or from an office location in London.

• Proven experience in field marketing within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or SaaS industry
