• As a Search Media Buyer, you will specialize exclusively in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing). Your primary responsibility will be to support a Senior Media Buyer in meticulously managing and refining a comprehensive full-funnel search acquisition engine. This involves a deep dive into campaign performance, ensuring every aspect is optimized for maximum impact and return on investment.
• Your day-to-day activities will include assisting in the hands-on management and optimization of Google and Bing ad campaigns. This means actively monitoring campaign performance, identifying trends, and implementing strategic adjustments to improve key metrics. You will be instrumental in the launch of new campaigns, ensuring they are set up for success from the outset, and will also be involved in executing structural updates to existing campaigns to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• A critical component of this role involves conducting thorough search term and keyword analysis. This deep-dive research will help uncover new opportunities, refine targeting, and ensure that ad spend is directed towards the most relevant and high-converting audiences. You will be responsible for monitoring daily performance metrics with an eagle eye, quickly surfacing any anomalies or deviations from expected results, and proactively addressing them.
• Maintaining robust reporting dashboards and tracking systems is essential. You will ensure that all performance data is accurately captured, organized, and easily accessible. This includes providing clear, concise, and well-organized written updates on campaign performance, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable intelligence will be highly valued.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience specifically managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience or strong understanding of managing a full-funnel Google Ads account.
• Working knowledge of Search and Performance Max campaign types.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, with the ability to comfortably work with large datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to campaign management and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present performance updates clearly and concisely.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
